2、钢材进行辊轧、折弯、焊接、打磨，钢材先进行辊轧，在模具中轧出想要的形状，然后进行定位冲孔，在冲孔机上面设定一定的数值位置，钢材才会在一定的位置出现，接着是折弯，打磨柱和地脚板，横梁与挂耳等焊接处是要焊接的，焊接完抛光打磨光滑。

3、半成品表面处理，酸洗磷化，表面静电喷粉恒温固化等。
