如何才能做好模具货架的定制及安装工作？

模具架又称抽屉式货架，该名字是根据其工作原理来取的，它的操作原理是利用葫芦车（也可以用天车）来吊取货物的，货架上的层板是可以拉出来用葫芦车吊取货物放置在拉出来的层板上，然后再推进去。

 

 

模具行业的人都清楚，不同模具的尺寸、形状、重量都是不一样的，所以在采购葫芦货架的时候是需要定做的，定做适合的模具架子是需要花费一定的成本及，有一些企业知道模具置物架是组装式结构的，就想着自己安装来节约成本，今天，鼎力的小编就跟大家一起来了解一下，如何才能做好模具货架的安装工作！

 

1、先把立柱与连接梁用螺丝连接在一起，组成立柱组；

2、组成好了立柱组后，再把抽屉货架顶端连接梁上，另外还要把底下的连接梁也安装上；

3、安装好连接梁后，就开始安装滑槽，（要在安装轴承之前安装上垫片）；

4、安装好滑槽后，就可以把层板放置在滑槽上了，要注意在层板后面装上保险杆，以防货架倾斜；

 

 

5、接着安装顶端的的葫芦车和葫芦轨道。
