2. The accurate docking of the lifting platform and the walking track: the dislocation between the lifting platform and the shuttle walking track is generally caused by the combination of multiple factors. There are several measures to improve the stopping accuracy of the lifting platform:

1. Improve the manufacturing and installation accuracy;

2. Increase the stiffness of the lifting platform;

3. Reasonable selection of the support structure of the hoist. In terms of improving the stop accuracy, the four-column frame structure is better than the double column structure, and the double column structure is better than the single column structure;

4. The lifting platform adopts synchronous belt transmission. In terms of improving the stop accuracy, the synchronous belt transmission is better than the chain transmission;

5. The second stop of the lifting table to correct the stop error.

3. Compared with the limiting device with the opening power and the auxiliary power opening and closing of the lifting platform of the layer changing elevator, there are too many power sources. The former is n + 1 times that of the latter, and n is the number of layers of the shelf.

4. Compared with the electric limiting device, the pneumatic limiting device needs the user to configure the gas source system, which has some limitations.
