What is an automated truss robot and what is its principle and workflow?
Truss robot is mainly built up of multi-dimensional robot walking axis, which is composed of heavy-load aluminum profile, straight roller linear guide rail and servo motor. The section shape of the heavy-load aluminum profile as a motion frame and carrier is optimized by finite element analysis, and excellence in production ensures its strength and straightness. The roller V-type guide rail is used as the motion guide rail. The motion transmission mechanism adopts synchronous belt, gear rack or ball screw. Truss robot, also called truss manipulator, has the ability of integrated processing, which can effectively solve the production line of fast feeding and underfeeding, workpiece flipping, manufacturing and many other problems.
1. Truss robot belongs to the right-angle coordinate robot. It is a kind of automatic industrial equipment based on the right angle X, Y, Z three coordinate system to adjust the workpiece, or realize the track movement of the workpiece.
Truss robot can handle objects and operate tools to complete all kinds of operations, with fast speed, high accuracy, good dust prevention and anti-pollution resistance, and design a whole set of material handling and storage equipment to meet the needs of the actual machine tool production line. Truss robot is composed of truss robot system, suction cup system, electrical system, software system, bridge frame, material frame, conveying system, RGV system, KBK, etc.
2. Truss machine workflow
1. Warehousing: KBK lifts the copper row to the RGV system, and the central control room instructs the RGV system to start the copper row on all sides and then enter the robot working station. The truss robot automatically discharges the copper into the designated material frame in the storage area.
2. Exit: the central control room commands the truss robot to start. When it reaches the upper end of the material frame, the suction cup system starts to absorb the required copper drain, the truss robot is moved above the conveying system, the copper drain is placed on the chain plate conveying, and the conveying system starts to transport the copper drain to the designated working station.
