Project Introduction: The products stored in the warehouse of the customer have different products, so they also have different temperature requirements. The warehouse is divided into two areas: room temperature and low temperature. Save fresh milk products in room temperature area, low temperature area equipped with refrigeration equipment, constant temperature equipment, storage bottle yogurt. According to the production, storage and distribution process and the actual situation of dairy products, the scheme finally determines to divide the warehouse area into 6 areas: storage area, storage area, pallet (external transfer) return area, exit reservoir area, maintenance area and computer management and control room. Scheme advantages: the storage area is composed of 66 chain conveyors and 3 dual-work station high-speed shuttle vehicles.

 

 

Responsible for sending the whole plate of goods from the completion of the production line stacking area to each storage port. The double-station shuttle is responsible for the distribution, transportation and empty tray return of the goods output by the conveyor at the production line to the storage port of each roadway. The storage area includes high-rise shelves and 15 roadway stackers. High shelves use double pallets to complete the storage function of goods. The roadway stacker shall complete the cargo pickup, handling, inventory from the warehouse conveyor to the destination and from the designated cargo location to the shipping conveyor according to the instructions. The pallet (external transfer) return area is located in the room temperature storage area and low temperature storage area respectively, which is composed of 10 outlet conveyors, 11 outlet outlet conveyors, roadway stacker and shelves. Complete the empty tray recovery, storage, return, external transfer of goods warehousing, remaining products, returned products warehousing and return work, etc. The outbound reservoir area is set at the outer end of the outbound port, which is divided into temporary cargo storage area and loading area, and consists of 30 outbound conveyors, forklifts and transport vehicles.

 

 

The forklift driver completes the loading operation through the electronic kanban and RF terminal scanning, and sends the feedback information. The repair area is located on the outer side of the shuttle car track. When an empty shuttle car replaces parts or handles faults, other shuttle cars can operate normally. The computer control room is set on the second floor for warehousing registration, warehousing height, monitoring and management, and online control.
