I. Through-through type shelves

Is often used in the warehouse of a shelf type in various industries, I believe everyone will understand that through and shuttle shelves in the storage of goods, can be one by one, so formed the intensive storage mode, this compared with the traditional heavy shelves, to a certain extent to save the warehouse space, improve the utilization rate of the warehouse. But the amount of storage in the two shelves is different, and the shuttle shelves are greater than through.
From the stable use of the shelves. The stability of the through shelves will be worse than the shuttle shelves, usually in the installation, such as horizontal pull bars, inclined pull, back pull steel wire, etc., to strengthen the stability of the through shelves. The higher the shelves, the more protective these are. If unnecessary, we generally recommend shuttle shelves.
Shuttle-type shelves

In cargo access through the shelf, the forklift can drive into it to operate. In the roadway with extremely effective space, if the technology is not very good, it is easy to touch the shelves, the strength of the forklift will have an adverse impact on the stability of the shelf, prone to shaking and other situations. The shuttle shelf car does not have to enter, the shuttle shelf through the forklift can put the shuttle trolley in different lanes, multiple lanes can share a WAP-1 shuttle. The number of WAP-1 shuttles is determined by comprehensive factors, including roadway depth, total volume, shipping frequency; the solution of this warehouse consists of trolley tray shelves with a certain number of racks and a system for storage, transportation and storage of trays. Space utilization is above 80%.

In terms of storage efficiency, shuttle shelves are faster than incoming shelves. Shuttle shuttle back and forth in the roadway, automatically pick up goods, and need not worry about safety, which can be at least several times more efficient than its manual operation.
