III. Strength index of component materials

All components of shelves are made of quality steel cold rolled profiles, whose strength indexes are as follows:

IV. Manufacturing process flow:

Raw Material (coil) → Cold rolled molding → fixed gauge, flat head → punch (welding) → Correction → Surface Spray Plastic → Packaging → finished product

V. Surface treatment:

1, process flow: black blank → remove surface dirt → chemical rust removal → Phosphate → injection plastic → flow flat curing → finished product

2, shelf surface treatment adopts epoxy tree finger powder electrostatic spraying process, with a coating thickness of 60~80 microns;

3, electrostatic spraying adhesion meets level 0 in GB92865-88 standard;

 

 

4, hardness (wear resistance) is more than 100 times that of normal nitrate paint, meeting the 2 H requirements in GB6739-86 standard;

VI. Technical requirements for shelf installation

1, shelf overall installation requirements:

1), shelf slab perpendicular deviation along roadway length and width direction ≤ 10mm;

2), same floor beam height deviation ± 5mm;

3), bottom center distance of adjacent shelf plate column, limit deviation ± 1mm;

Total-length accumulation deviation of 4), shelf along the roadway direction ± 10mm.

The accuracy of each member of the 2, pillar plate shall comply with the following provisions:

2), Shelf sheet width limit deviation ± 2mm.

4, Guangdong shelf welding requirements:

The 1), slopes shall comply with GB985 and GB986.

The welding wave of 2), weld metal surface shall be uniform, free of cracks, slag, clamp, welding tumor, burning through, arc pit and needle air hole, and no spattering in the welding area.

No air holes are allowed on the 3), weld surface. Bite depth shall not exceed 0.5mm, The accumulative total length shall not exceed 10% of the weld length. The overall dimension limit deviation of butt and fillet welds shall comply with the relevant provisions in GBJ205.
