重型(横梁式)货架一般采用冷轧异型钢制作，立柱由80(90)x60(70)Ω型钢表面冲菱形孔而成，横梁由80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-160x50抱焊梁连接挂件而成，一般用托盘代替层板方便叉车搬运。层载重1吨到5吨的设计，表面静电喷塑，防水防锈防腐蚀能力更强，安全系数高，插接式组合，不需要用螺丝和焊接，组装非常方便，充分利用空间面积，提供仓储能力。重型货架成本低、安全可靠、组装、拆卸简单方便的特点;适用于人工存取，每层标准有效承载800kg以上。适合于人工存取箱式货物，或者与零件盒、周转箱配套装载零散重型货物。常应用于物流业领域、仓储等。
