一般厂家在为客户规划设计重型货架时，都会根据不同用户仓库内产品的特性、存储的容器及现有托盘的尺寸来进行设计货架尺寸，那么我们在遇到客户仓库使用的托盘规格尺寸不统一时要如何设计规划重型货架呢？

 

 

通常客户需要定做重型货架时，货架厂都会要求客户提供仓库所使用的托盘规格尺寸来时行设计仓储货架，如果客户反应目前仓库托盘尺寸不统一，存在多种规格尺寸的托盘怎么办？应该提供哪种托盘的尺寸？托盘规格尺寸不统一会影响仓库货架的规划设计吗？下面鼎力小编带大家一起来了解一下。

 

 

托盘尺寸不统一的仓库有不少，鼎力在为客户设计规划重型货架时，会根据客户仓库现有托盘的尺寸设计货架尺寸，如果遇到用户仓库存在托盘尺寸存在多规格的状况时，一般会根据用户仓库现有最大托盘尺寸来设计货架，然后在货架上增加网层板、托盘支撑等配件，放置规格比较小的托盘。这样一方面可以统一仓库的货架尺寸，增加仓库的美观度；另一方面，增加配件，可以加强操作时的安全性。当然客户也可以要求厂家根据不同尺寸的托盘分别设计货架的尺寸，但是在货架数量不多的情况下，但是一般厂家都不会建议客户这样做，这样做会给客户增加更多不必要的采购成本。
