仓储货架是现在仓库中必不可少的存储设备，我们购买仓储货架除了是为了更好的管理货物，还有就是有效的减少人工成本的问题，随着日益高昂的土地价格！企业对货架的要求也随着越来越高了，那么如何的合理利用仓库货架，仓库货架通道是如何计算出来的呢？仓库货架摆放方式会影响空间利用率，通道越窄越少，空间利用率越高，然而，仓库货架规划布局的时候，还需要考虑管理方式和存储方式，是否需要先进先出，是否需要叉车存取等。下面鼎力的小编为大家简单介绍下。货架间通道留多少并没有定论，而是要根据现场情况及实际需求确定。

 

 

如果企业是使用人工存取货物时，一般在80mm到120mm之间；叉车存取作业时，具体看叉车的型号，最小的叉车都要留2米，通常留2.4m或者2.6m，一些大型叉车可能需要留4米。同时，还可根据管理方式要求，减少货架间通道数，例如双深度货架比普通重型货架减少一半的通道，驶入式货架是一整栋式货架，通道数更少，但这两种货架的拣选率无法达到100%，适合批量先进先出的仓库。

那么，具体仓库货架间的通道怎么计算出来的呢？

 

 

1、全人工搬运操作，库位件距离要大于库位上所用的最大包装箱的宽度+20cm。

2、库位底部需要放栈板，上层都为手工搬运，库位间的距离为”手动铲车+栈板“的可回转直径+20cm。

3、库位需要电动铲车搬运，库位间距离为“电动铲车+上方栈板”的可回转直径+掉头保险距离。

 

 

4、库位需要燃油叉车，库位间距离为“燃油叉车+上放栈板”的可回转直径+掉头保险距离。
