随着自动化立体库使用频率的增加，各个企业对于这款智能仓储的重视程度也变得越来越高。仓储管理员在使用时经常也会遇到一些问题：

1、自动化立体库下方的地面出现凹陷，出现这种情况最大的原因就是地面的承重能力不足，或者是货架上方的货物的重量已经超出了地面的最大承重能力。因此工作人员在存储货物的时候一定要严格的按照承重标准来进行存货。

2、货架上的横梁出现弯曲，货架出现倾斜的情况，会造成这种情况的原因一方面可以是因为最初制造货架的时候结构不稳定，另一方面就是货架上面的货物过重。超重的货物会压弯货架上面的横梁。

 

 

3、机械设备在长时间的使用下出现了细微的差错，虽然说机械设备可以进行长时间的工作。但是我们平常在工作期间也要做好相应的维护保养工作，这样才能够大大提升机械设备的寿命。
