自动化立体仓库的自动分拣系统有哪些特点？

自动化立体仓库，是物流仓储中出现的新概念。利用立体仓库设备可实现仓库高层合理化、存取自动化、操作简便化;自动化立体仓库是当前技术水平较高的形式。自动化立体仓库的主体由货架、巷道式堆垛起重机、入(出)库工作台和自动运进(出)及操作控制系统组成。货架是钢结构或钢筋混凝土结构的建筑物或结构体，货架内是标准尺寸的货位空间，巷道堆垛起重机穿行于货架之间的巷道中，完成存、取货的工作。管理上采用计算机及条形码技术。

 

 

在自动化仓储物流当中，有几项设备是不可或缺的，仓库管理系统、仓储货架和自动分拣系统。其中仓库管理系统只要是负责仓库内部的管理，仓储货架就负责货物的存储，而自动分拣系统最主要的作用是分拣货物。那么自动分拣系统有哪些特点呢？

1、自动化分拣系统最大的优点就是它自动化的工作方式，由于采用的是自动化运行的流水线工作方式，因此和传统的流水线不同，不再受人工、时间、气候的影响，能够连续性的、大批量的进行分拣货物，不论是在工作的时间上，还是工作效率上，自动化分拣系统都要比传统人工分拣高出很多。

 

 

2、自动化分拣系统出错几率低，信息准确性高。因为自动化分拣系统采用的是条形码的原因，所以除非一开始的条形码就有问题，不然的话后期是绝对不会出现问题的。这点也和人工分拣有着很大的不同，因为人工的话很有可能会因为个人的疏忽大意而出现误差，误差率比自动化分拣系统高处很多。

3、第三点其实可以说是前面两点所带来的效益，因为是自动化的工作模式，这就意味着可以为企业减少不必要的人工，提高效率的同时还降低了企业的成本。
