1、进货阶段：首先是使用叉车等将需要存储的货物放在穿梭式货架的巷道导轨的最前端，然后通过无线电遥控操作的穿梭台车，在手持终端发出指令下，将承载的托盘货物在其导轨上轻松运行。托盘货物到达指定的位置后，停车放置好货物后，穿梭车自动返回货架轨道的前端继续后续货物的运输。

2、出货阶段：与进货相似，穿梭台车货物托盘的下面，通过指令将货物运输到货架轨道的最前端，叉车升至平行位置，稳稳地将货物连同托盘插取运走。在实际的使用过程中，一个台车可以使用在不同的货架轨道上，通过叉车将台车放在不同的货架上执行不同位置货架的高效工作。
