1. 易超高超重，不同规格的货架都是根据承重设计制作的。因此货架上摆放的货物重量必须在货架可承受重量以内。仓库管理员最好在货架上做好承重限载标识。

2. 易超宽超尺寸，通常指托盘尺寸，常用塑料托盘规格在长宽0.8米-1.2米之间。如重型横梁式货架横梁长度一般为2.5米，是按照放2个塑料托盘的宽度设计的。如果使用的塑料托盘是非标的，或者上面放载的货物尺寸超过1.2米，在货架上放取货时硬塞或硬拉就可能撞到立柱。仓储货架中货物与层板之间应留有不小于100MM的空间。

 

 

3. 易碰撞变形，仓储货架最易损坏的部位就是通道和拐弯处的立柱，通常都是因叉车碰撞导致变形。通过都会要求有经验的叉车司机在货架内进行存取货物。
