生产企业的原材料仓库货物繁多，且细小，存储起来不容易，那么我们在定制货架的时候应该要考虑哪些原则呢？

仓库货架规划原则：

 

 

1、要百分百提供生产周转及存放，提供生产部门生产所需要的各种物料，保证原材料充足，不会因为欠料而发生延误生产的情况！

2、符合先进先出原则：在仓库货架的物料放置中，首先需要考虑货物的进出问题，要考虑进出通道的宽度，电梯的大小与承重。物料摆放要符合先进先出原则；

 

 

3、符合生产要求的原则：在原材料仓库货架的摆放位置上，相应的原料应尽量靠近生产区，减少搬运路程与难度；

4、符合安全的原则：工厂对原料的储存中可能产生的安全性问题也是非常重要的，如何避免原料在存储过程中的损耗与安全，也需要对产品材料的规划、材料放置的位置，安全通道的预留等作充分的考量！
