穿梭式货架系统是由货架、台车以及叉车组成的高密度储存系统，这种高效率的储存方式是为了提高仓库空间的利用率，为客户带来的全新存储选择！

存货：由叉车将货物放在货架巷道导轨的最前端，

通过无线电遥控操作的WAP-1穿梭车，可以承载托盘货物在导轨上运行；

 

 

取货：WAP-1穿梭车将货架深处的托盘移动至货架最前端，用叉车将托盘货物从货架上取下；

移动WAP-1穿梭车：通过叉车可将穿梭台车放置于不同巷道，多个巷道可以共用一部WAP-1穿梭车。WAP-1穿梭车的数量由巷道深度、货物总量、 出货批量、出货频率等综合因素决定； 这套仓库的解决方案由带有一定数量组架的台车托盘货架以及由台车来托盘入库、运输和存储的系统组成。空间利用率达80%以上！
