东莞仓库重型货架如何安装？

仓储货架根据承重将货架分为轻型货架、中型货架与重型货架，重型货架就是货架每层的承重大于500KG以上，常见的重型货架就是托盘货架，那么东莞重型货架要如何安装呢？今天鼎力的小编跟大家一起来了解一下

 

 

重型货架的安装方法：

首先把横拉（横撑），斜拉（斜撑）用螺丝安装在立柱上。把组装好的两个立柱片（一个立柱片=两根立柱+几根横拉+几根斜拉）竖立在地上两片立柱片距离调整为横梁的长度后装上横梁即可。 安装副架的时候也是先把立柱片装好，然后把装好的立柱片离主架的一边立柱片距离调整为横梁的长度后装上横梁即可。

 

 

横拉，斜拉的数量：

立柱长：1000~1200mm 一个斜拉，两个横拉

立柱长：1300~2200mm 两个斜拉，两或三个横拉

立柱长：2300~3200mm 三个斜拉，两或三个横拉

立柱长：3300~4200mm 四个斜拉，两或三个横拉

立柱长：4300~5200mm 五个斜拉，两或三个横拉

 

 

横拉，斜拉的数量。一般而言计算方法为每600mm一根斜拉，上下各一根斜拉，可适当在上面多加一根横拉。
