昨天上午9：30根据老客户的要求，鼎力销售工程师驱车到广东深圳与货架采购跟厂长就仓库空间使用率的问题再次讨论。

 

 

客户工厂是做皮革的，仓库高9米，仓库面积2000多个平方。生产线在仓库内，是生产与存储为一体的仓库。生产线大概是两米多高的距离，然而生产线上面大概6米的空间都浪费掉了。鼎力公司现在为客户设计平台式货架，就是在生产线上3米的高度再增加一个平台，平台货架的承重根据客户材料的要求做到800KG平方米。因为上面的半成品还需要通过流水线到楼下的生产线上线过检验区，所以这样设计是非常合理与节约空间的设计。楼下生产，楼上储存，相得益彰。
