昨天下午，鼎力销售工程师去到客户公司，与客户签订合同。客户是在3月13日通过百度搜索“卷料仓库货架 ”找到我们的，客户看了我们的网站之后，便拨打我们的电话，与客服询问关于货架的一些问题及定制流程。

 

 

直到昨天终于与客户签订了合同，一共花了5天的时间。客户最开始不知道给仓库增加哪种货架，才能提高仓库空间的利用率及仓库管理人员的工作效率。到最后，了解了什么样的货架最适合该仓库与货物使用。

 

 

首先客户与我们联系的公司工程部门的，因为货架会有一些技术性的问题，所以刚开始是工程部门与我们沟通。后来，技术性的问题沟通完成之后，便转交给采购部门来讨论价格的问题了。价格问题一直以都是客户比较关心的问题，通常客户都会货比三家，以免被“坑”。好产品当然不怕比，价格也不是问题，我们公司是直接的生产厂家，价格肯定是中肯的。

所以在与客户5天的沟通时间里，我们销售工程便于昨天下午，与客户签订惠州工厂仓库货架合同。
