项目介绍:广州天河区内某电子厂，从事电子产品的生产与加工，产品远销欧洲。工厂主要从事产品加工，材料都是从国外进口。材料的种类各不相同，以及每个生产部门领取材料的时候使仓库变得非常拥挤。该客户通过网络找到鼎力货架厂，鼎力工程师经过实现测量，结合该公司产品的实际情况为客户设计了适应性好的托盘式货架。

 

 

客户的仓库在一楼，生产车间在二楼与三楼。因此仓库很矮，托盘式货架做到仓库的全高，四层，大大的增加了仓库空间利用率。为了减少员工的工作强度，中间通道留下叉车位置，方便叉车直接存取货物。

半成品仓库货架的适应性好，每种材料都可以放到托盘上，然后再放到托盘式货架上，横梁可以调节，面对不同高度的货物，货架也可以随着货物的高度面变化，从而节省仓库的空间。

 

 

半成品仓库货架，在货架上面贴有材料名称，每一个人都能够看懂每个单元格放置的是什么类型的材料，然后存取材料扫描材料包装带上的条码就可以清楚的知道每一种材料的进出记录。这样就不会再因为仓库的老员工请假，而导致整个的运转问题，从而耽误生产线的工作进程。
