上周五，销售工程从客户仓库回到公司，与公司同事分享了他与江门仓库货架采购之间的趣事！事情是这样的，客户是通过网络上找到我们公司的，现在仓库需要增加一批搁板式货架，但是因为该采购对货架的了解不足，以致于不清楚自己需要那一种货架。于是便咨询了相当便宜的轻型货架。

 

 

因为该客户希望能够通过采购货架压缩成本，所以电话沟通说需要便宜的货架。但是销售工程师了解到客户根本就不适合使用这种轻型货架。因为这种轻型货架只有一般的超市跟档口才使用，销售工程师便去到客户公司，与该采购负责人面谈。而且还带上我们轻型与我们中型的样板。轻型货架我们也是可以很便宜，但是不建议客户使用。客户看到两种货架的样本对比以后。该采购说：再便宜我也不会买这种货架！

 

 

但是因为采购报上去的预算是轻型的预算，所以，之后采购便与我们的销售工程师沟通方案，怎样才能更让货架的质量上去，而且还能降低价钱。沟通了几种方案，从上午一直到下午1点多，以致到了吃饭时间，该采购都给忘记了。
