随着现今社会的土地价格不断提升，企业更偏向于在有限的面积内存更多的物品，这就表示了要提高仓库的承重要求，仓库的承重不仅在于货架，还有土地的承重、零件盒承重等，因此将承重作为仓库重要的考虑因素是十分必要的。

 

 

货架厂在设计仓库里要考虑货架、零件盒的承重能否满足企业的仓存要求，广州货架属于仓库的基础性设施，要想节省空间，提高仓储的利用率，保证货物的完整性，就要选择承重量较大的仓储货架，广州仓库货架的最大承重量可以达到每层以吨为单位计算，一个货架大约有三层四格的空间，当然不同的货架规格也会有所区别，在空间一定的状况下货架承重对于存储货物数量的影响是不言而喻的。

 

 

除此以外，在设计整体仓库的仓储货架结构时，要注意两种最不利的荷载组合：一、风载起作用时的全库空载下受力，水平地震作用时全满载的受力；另外还要充分考虑仓库分配状态，一侧满载一侧空载时仓库基础分析。

在个体物品的存放时要注意物流容器的承重力，不同的规则零件盒承重性能不同在安排存放的物品时要合理安排；是组立式零件盒要注意最下层零件盒承重能力，不可盲目堆叠过高。
