该客户车间在未上重型模具货架前，各类型不同客户的模具都是在地面摆放着，由于业务不断增加，开始出现各种存放问题，如存放空间不够、无法定置管理、寻找不易、模具易造成损伤等。

 

 

在购买鼎力重型模具货架之前，由于大型模具质量很大，客户有很多的疑虑，如操作是否轻便、安全是否可靠等。在与使用部门负责人做了充份的沟通和接触，并带他们去参观了鼎力货架厂之前的客户案例后，客户立马打消了顾虑，马上的购买了一批重型全开式模具货架，在应客户的要求下，我们对细节做了一些改善，如增加了吊钩挂板等。在签订合同后，生产工作紧张有序的进行。中途接到客户电话，由于有一批国外客户要到厂参观，希望能提前安装好这批全开型重型模具货架。我们本着客户至上，换位思考的宗旨。临时安排加班加点，最终在鼎力公司全体人员的共同努力下，按期交付客户。事后客户表示十分感谢，称鼎力货架是值得依赖的合作伙伴。

 

 

    在全开型重型模具货架交付使用后，模具存放问题得到了全面改善，改善了原本凌乱无序的模具存放。实现了看板化定置化管理，大大提升了工作效率，拓展了存放空间，提升了车间6S管理水平。
