The tray of the automated warehouse is the packaged pharmaceutical products, each of which carries 500 KG. The project is equipped with 5 roadway stackers, 3 sets of shelf end conveying lines and conveying lines in front of the warehouse, and 2 sets of cargo type testing devices. Automatic three-dimensional library is a landmark application of Industry 4.0, which is especially suitable for the storage of drugs and raw materials in the pharmaceutical industry. The three-dimensional drug warehouse operation adopts automatic mode, which fully meets the requirements of temperature monitoring, batch number management, validity period management, first-in, first-out in the process of drug storage, which greatly reduces the area of drug warehouse and guarantees the safety of drug storage on the premise of ensuring the storage density. After the completion of the project, the warehouse can reach more than 390 boxes per hour, with the accuracy rate as high as 99.98%, the labor cost is 60%~80% less than the traditional storage, and the storage utilization rate will be increased by 2~5 times. Automatic warehouse can not only improve the accuracy of warehousing and logistics operation of pharmaceutical enterprises, but also greatly reduce the error rate of drug delivery and the comprehensive production cost of enterprises.
