In today's high human capital, reducing the cost of enterprises and realizing automatic management has become an important strategic topic of enterprise research. For the manufacturing industry, the proportion of logistics cost in its cost is quite large. Statistics show that logistics cost usually account for more than 50% of the manufacturing cost. Therefore, materials, storage management and cost control have become the key to affect the market competitiveness of products, which are inseparable from the benefits of enterprises. General three-dimensional warehouse projects, are mostly around the conveyor, stacker, shuttle car, hoist and other automatic equipment to operate. These devices all have their maximum bearing range, and if the planned rated weight is 1 ton and results 2 tons up, there will certainly be problems. For example, the overweight goods on the conveyor, if the conveyor on the spot issued overweight alarm is good, if just when the storage does not alarm, and so on in the middle of the alarm, there happen to be pallets before and after, some devices on the machinery were crushed, so it is very troublesome to deal with. Even if the conveyor is too shut down, there are problems on the stacker, which will also cause the stacker failure because of overweight. So how to prevent the problem of being overweight in the automatic stereo warehouse cargo space?

1. Add a detection device to the entrance conveyor It is common to use the weighing machine to detect the weight, once more than 5% of the rated weight, then it is not allowed to store, there are also two ways to achieve it:

1. Electronic control, such as setting a limit of 1 ton, more than 1 ton is not allowed to input;

2. Upper software controls that once sensing that the tray is overweight, it is not allowed to release, and even the palletizing registration is not allowed. Upper software control is recommended here, mainly because software control is simpler and more flexible, low cost, and some functions can be extended. In addition, for the refined control, even in the dispatch of the operation of the stacker, the weight of the goods is passed to the stacker, let the stacker automatically adjust the inverter parameters to walk according to the weight of the goods, more cost-effective (the balance of speed and power consumption) to start the brake curve.

2. Set it up on the frequency converter corresponding to the inlet conveyor motor For example, lowering the maximum threshold of torque, once overweight will alarm, stop forward. This parameter can be opened to the upper position through the communication protocol, and different parameters may be set for different entrances so that the PLC opens the torque parameter to the upper information system according to the torque relationship between different weight cargo and motor output, so that the weight can be estimated from the torque value, and the upper alarm and indicates the current transmission data to stop.

3. Pure software estimation control What thing is put on the tray, how many quantities, the software is known, how much individual weight of this thing is also known, so in the storage registration, once calculated down overweight, it is not allowed to register the task. This has a certain preventive effect, but the trouble is to increase the customer's maintenance volume, the need to calculate the total amount of each single piece, and if there is packaging, this part of the weight calculation will also have errors. If there is no protection done, then it feels a bit like a "high-risk" behavior without protection, and even if it works properly, it can affect the life span.
