鼎力公司的货架为什么可以为企业提高两倍的空间利用率呢？因为鼎力公司定做的仓储产品很多都是属于周转类型的，例如超市配送、服装批发、物流配送、电商存储、等……这些都是需要从一个整体仓库配送到每一个店面，这样的物流中心都不会在市中心，而是在比较偏远的郊区。虽然是郊区，但是仓库租金一样不可小觑。

 

 

而且这样的物流中心都有一个通病，那就是仓库只有一层，层高一般在5米以上。可想而知，仓库的管理工作人员一般在170米左右，伸出手臂也只能达到2.3米左右的高度，那么2.3米以上的货物就不能实现人工理货了。因为配送本身就需要拣选货物的品种与数量，而叉车只能是一次型大批量的使用，所以，配送必须要人工理货才能更加精准与高效。

 

 

面对这种情况，鼎力公司为客户设计多层阁楼式货架，一楼高2.3米，让仓储管理工作人员在工作的时候没有压迫感，而且可以实现人工理货，上层空间做到离仓库顶楼40CM的距离，使货架与灯管之间有一定的间隔区域。在一楼大量存储的情况下，上面的阁楼整整增加了两倍以上的空间利用率。在原有的基础上，增加空间利用率，最大化的利用现有的空间，这就是鼎力公司货架定做的责任与义务！
