The pharmaceutical enterprise is located in Guangzhou Development Zone, mainly including biological food, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and pharmaceutical logistics, which are distributed to major hospitals, clinics and pharmacies across the country.Due to the business development and increasing order volume, the traditional storage mode is unable to meet its business development needs; gradually appear various problems, after the unanimous leadership of the enterprise, in order to meet the future business development needs, decided to build a new warehouse covering 3000 square meters, to meet the development needs of several years.Through the investigation of many suppliers and scheme communication, we finally selected smart intelligence to design a set of storage solutions for its new warehouse.

Scheme description: Dingli Intelligence has designed a set of logistics solutions from receiving, warehousing, access, picking and packaging, sorting to the delivery of the pharmaceutical enterprise, including:
1. Conare 6 stacking storage systems 23 meters high
2. The "Delivery to person" picking system with 33 QR code navigation AGV
3. Sowing wall system with 210 electronic labels
4.1 set of WMS warehouse management system and 1 set of WCS warehouse control system
System process description:
Receiving and warehousing: stack the goods in the warehouse after acceptance.The pallet goods are taken and placed by the forklift to the storage conveyor, transmitted to the storage platform, and then collected by the stacker according to the principle of average distribution.The library has 6 single-deep stackers, 11,080 pallets, and the overall storage flow can be up to 178 trays / hour.

Demolition and replenishment and warehousing: The demolition and picking district of the distribution center is located on the first floor of the warehouse, and the automatic warehouse conducts replenishment.After the pallet from the second floor of the warehouse is removed and stacked by the forklift truck, the whole box of goods will be put on the box conveyor line, lowered from the spiral conveyor to the first floor, and transported to the demolition area.The AGV sends the corresponding shelves to the replenishment platform, and the operator will scan the cargo bar code through the RF terminal, and replenish and store the goods according to the displayed information.
The demolition area consists of 33 AGV sets, 713 mobile shelves and 12 replenishment platforms, with a total of 21,130 cargo stations.The replenishment efficiency of each replenishment platform can reach 210SKU per hour.

Picking and packing: When WMS sends the picking order information to AGV, AGV will send the corresponding shelf to the picking workstation. The picking personnel will scan the empty turnover box barcode through the RF terminal, select according to the outbound order information of the ban display screen, and then review the package.The picking constituency consists of 18 groups of fluent shelves, 210 electronic tags, and 10 picking workstations.AGV "delivery" picking efficiency up to 1,900 order lines / hour.
Sorting out: The packaged order is sent by the conveyor to the code identification place, sorted according to the barcode information at the sorting port, and manually coded on the specified tray according to the train number and loading order.The process has a sorting efficiency of up to 2,600 boxes per hour.
Finally, the order completes the whole logistics process in the distribution center, and it will be loaded and shipped.
