What are the primary problems in the warehouse shelf layout planning?
Force analysis and accounting of storage shelves are the main points of technology.The layout planning is first started from the following aspects:
I. Active load: Active load refers to the weight of the goods and trays stored on the storage shelves in Shenzhen, and also involves the snow (rain) load on the floor.
II. Force constant load: constant load refers to the dead weight of the storage shelf itself, connecting the weight of C type steel and shelf, purlins, house frame, house panel and wall board.
III. Vertical impact load: refers to the impact load occurring when the stacker stores the goods.
IV. Wind load: it is the key point of the overall three-dimensional library force accounting.Generally speaking, the investors of the overall stereo warehouse are designed with reasonable and useful use space, so the height of the overall stereo warehouse is higher, usually height ratio: L(height) =1.5- -2W(width), then, the safety of the warehouse under the wind load effect is a main target.The impact accounting of the storage shelf column will usually be carried out through the steel structure force accounting software. The system must be selected for force simulation and theoretical accounting for review.
V. Seismic Cravability: according to the GBJ11-89《 Code for Building Seismic Planning, usually take the seismic crack fortification grade is level 7.
VI. Storage shelf structure shall be planned according to the above load effect.In planning the storage and shelf structure of the overall three-dimensional warehouse, special attention should be paid to the combination of the two loads:
Force under full library empty load with 1, air load effect;
Force under full library full load during 2, level seismic effect.
Other things should be made enough about the product distribution of the warehouse. When one side of the warehouse is fully loaded and the other side, the root of the warehouse should be analyzed.
